Time Terminals - PC Clocking

The PC "clocking" screen is laid out so that is easy and fast for staff to use.

Employees can key in/out in a rhythm. So for example, if a person keys in - in the morning, when he/she goes to clock at lunch, the system remembers that the previous action was "in" - so he/she must key out.
In general, the booking rhythm eliminates clocking errors and keep the employee in tune with what he/she ought to do at any particular time.

The Business Absence function allows designated employees to record hours while out of the office [ask us for a more comprehensive description: 00353 1 2609680].

Using a "drop down" box on the clocking screen (see picture), it is also possible for employees to "tell" the system, where they are going when leaving the workplace and also when they expect to return. For example, this way the switchboard operator knows if the employee has left the building, where he/she has gone and the expected time of return.

There are also helpful pieces of information on the Screen, for example, how many hours are being worked and balances etc. PC clocking can be used in conjuction with other clocking concepts.

For one person using all of the options in the following might be unlikely - but it does explains just how much work FlexTime has put into the integration of the clocking methods that we offer.

It's possible to clock at a Time Terminal in the morning, then clock out at a my PC for lunch time. After lunch you could clock back in via an Access Control terminal at a door way, while going home you could use a conveniently located Touch Screen. The next day, you might not be on site - so you could clock via my mobile phone - and so on.

All of our clocking methods are integrated with each other e.g. PCs, Mobile Phones, Time Terminals, Access Control readers etc
