VT Mobile

VT Mobile software allows Staff to clock in and out using a Mobile or Cell Phone.

With VT Mobile the user just accesses the  clocking page on his/her Mobile Phone and chooses to clock in or out. The action is transferred immediately in real time to the VisionTimeWeb server.

If used in conjunction with our Duty Manager system, the VT Mobile combines to offer a new method of managing staff that mainly work outdoors.    

VT Mobile allows those at HQ to see if the employee is at work - and where.   VT Mobile is ideal for fieldworkers, sales staff, mobile workers and generally any staff on the move.

VT Mobile also interacts with any of the our other clocking devices.         

So let's take "Joe Clocker".   He could clock in at morning at VT Mobile i.e. the mobile phone.   Later he returns to base and clocks at an access control terminal in the car park, just because it's handy.

It's lunchtime so Joe, clocks out, where he is now sitting i.e. at his P.C.

After lunch he uses a Touch Screen, in the lobby, and when going home at the end of the day he uses  the Time Terminal outside the Training room to record his "out" clocking. just because he happens to be there.   The next day, Joe, doesn't need to go to base, so he uses his mobile phone to clock in to work - and so on.
