VisionTime - Interactive Time System

Overview

VisionTime from FlexTime is a web oriented system for Time and Attendance and Employee Scheduling. The system accommodates many different approaches to the monitoring of working time including flexible and "shift" working arrangements.

To provide maximum employee accessiblity to record time, the VisionTime system works wiht over 30 types of "clocking" methods including Time Terminals (RFID & Biometrics), Access Control Readers, Mobile Phones, P.C.s, Tablets.

Some of our customers use the VisionTime system to underpin an improved work:life balance for employees. For others, because of the nature of their work, they see VisionTime as a huge asset in managing working time or their hourly paid (fixed hours) staff and thier often complex shift schedules 

The system can be installed "off the shelf"  and even the smallest feature can be turned on or off so as to match the internal needs of each organisation.   In addtion, FlexTime has made quite a reputation in creating user specific features to match the real working environment in our customers.

Staff Can.......

Key in/out locally or remotely.

This can be at their own PC’s, Tablet or "Slate" PCs, at Touch Screens, Mobile phones, Access Control readers and Time Terminals which can be activated either by a range of card types for instance RFID, Mifare– or by biometrics such as face recognition, fingerprint readers or hand biometrics. • Submit their own updates or corrections to time and absence records electronically and at their own PC’s, with electronic approval coming from the supervisor and can call up their own activity reports.

• Advise the system when/where they are going & when they expect to return.

The system allows anyone to enquire about who’s in/out and

“where” that employee is for example, reception/switchboard staff,

safety officers, supervisors.

If agreed, staff can enquire about other staff including checking “cover levels” before electronically requesting time off - thus, encouraging self-responsibility. Read more >>

Card Options

The VisionTime system supports a variety of Card Types [e.g. Mag Stripe, Proximity, Mifare] and Time Terminals can aslo be access by PIN codes.

Supervisors Functionality

• Handle requests for time off “electronically” from their own PCs or at a centralised PC
• Set up employee records/entitlements, time schedules/shift, call up reports and the Time Bank
• Run reports

• VisionTime works over your own organisation's computer network, using the intranet or internet
• The location and numbers of staff accessing the system is irrelevant
• There is no need for local software

VisionTime is ideal for branch networks, government departments separated into many buildings, chains of stores, recruitment agencies, forecourts, home/remote workers and "hot deskers" too. The system is also scalable so can work for small numbers of employees just as easily as it can for major organisations.
