FlexTime is an Irish company that designs and implements solutions for all types of working time issues. Beyond Ireland our customer base now reaches the U.K., Holland and we are about to enter other markets worldwide.

Our solutions include:

Rostering
Duty/Work Management.

In association with our innovative software we also provide a huge range of hardware clocking device options. Our VisionTime system has self-service options to assist the management of Employee Working Time, Schedules and Jobs/Duties.

While our system can be installed "off the shelf" without changes, increasingly the VisionTime software is compiled and programmed for each specific application. This means the use of the “base VisionTime&rdquot; system, to which we design and add particular requirements, often as the requests arise. Features might be completely unique for the customer, and can sit alongside conventional features. Users then end up with a system that suits the “personality” of their own organisations. This approach is now setting us apart in an increasing number of international markets.

We also create special solutions. For example:-

- Politicans at the Irish Parliament use our system to verify attendance so as to claim their expenses

Hear our CEO interviewed on Irish Radio about the system at the Parliament

- As part of innovations to improve attendance management of bus drivers & special needs assistants for London schools, attendance is shown at workplace TV screens,

- Our system captures the attendance of thousands of Trainees on FAS (Goverment Training) courses
