INTRODUCTION

Harmac is  located in Castlerea,  Co. Roscomon, Ireland  and became a customer of FlexTime in 2004, joining the many users of our systems in the Healthcare Manufacturing Industry.

The company specialises in making laboratory devices, sub assemblies, and components for the medical, automotive,

and aerospace fields. Vistamed uses our system for capturing time for payroll purposes.  Employees clock in and out using non touch proximity I.D. cards at conveniently Time Terminals located around the plant. 

The system is managed by each Supervisor of which there are 15.   

This is a 24/7 operation and employees therefore work on shifts.  The hours are then calculated and sent over electronically at the end of the week to the Sage MicroPay   payroll system.   The system is also used in both plants to secure access to, from and within the buildings
