FlexTime's System In Houses of the Oireachtas - The Irish Parliament
Our VisionTime system has now been rolled out for use by members of the Dail & Seanad - the Irish Houses of Parliament in Dublin. This includes T.D.s, Senators and also Staff at the Dail and Seanad. This is a prestigious project for FlexTime coming in the same month as our first project in Germany and third one in Holland. The focus on the system for the Members, is to allow them to clock in to record their attendance on the days when the Dail and Seanad sit. This recording is then used as the basis for payment of expenses for attendance. Meanwhile staff can record their attendance and working time and can request time off through the system.

FlexTime Introduces New Mobile Phone techniques to capture time

It's now possible to use mobile phones as a method of capturing working time and working with duty plans.
For employees that are on the road for much of their working time, the new VT Mobile software programmes are proving very useful. For example, FlexTime has produced a miniaturised clocking screen - so that it now fits within the space of a tiny mobile phone screen. Once the employee calls up VisionTime over the internet at the mobile phone - he/she simply presses the arrival or departure button.

FlexTime at major event in Holland
