FlexTime Releases New Item Checker Programme

We have all read about employees leaving sensitive documents or say laptops on trains, in cafes etc.  So with the VT Item Tracker, we believe that FlexTime now has created an excellent and even obvious method of now knowing exactly who has taken what and when.

To explain, we employ the use of our Time Terminals in this process. Therefore, first, an “item” reference number is entered into our software system. Then the item is fitted with an inexpensive RFID tag.

Then as the employee is leaving the site he/she presents the “item” to the Time Terminal, which time-stamps the transaction, automatically logging it at the server. For more details ring : 00353 1 2609680
